SHIPPING
We aim to process orders received by 2:00 p.m. EST on the same day; orders received after this time will be processed the following business day. All orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS. Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 14 days, depending on your location, order date, and chosen UPS service. Please note that we cannot control delivery transit times.
Shipping charges and applicable sales tax will be added to your order total during checkout.
International customers: We currently do not ship outside the United States.
SHIP TO STORE
For your convenience, we offer a ship-to-store option:
- All orders will be delivered to your selected store within 3-5 business days.
- Items are not available for pickup earlier than this timeframe.
- Your chosen store will contact you when your order arrives.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. If you opt in, you'll also receive a text message. Both will contain a link to manage your order, including the option to cancel if needed.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
- We'll work to resolve any issues, offer troubleshooting, or process an exchange or refund.
- Return items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account (if you created one), or use the link in the email or text message you received at the time of purchase.
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through our Returns page.
- We'll issue an RMA or contact you for more information.
